We don’t give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision or don’t read the terms & conditions on the website.




  • If you wish​ to cancel your order, please contact Nappy Cakes by Emma immediately on 0413 650 946. Once payment has been received, a cancellation is at the discretion of Nappy Cakes by Emma. However, if the parcel has left the premises we cannot accept any cancellations. 



  • Nappy Cakes by Emma uses reputable courier companies to complete deliveries quickly and efficiently, however we can never guarantee a delivery before a certain date due to events that may happen out of our control such as delivery delays.

  •  We cannot guarantee delivery dates and late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, nor does it entitle cancellation of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to inform Nappy Cakes by Emma if an order has not arrived. We will then track your order with our couriers and ensure that it is delivered as soon as possible. 

  • You will not receive a refund if a parcel is late due to courier error. 


  • In the unfortunate event that your gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call Nappy Cakes by Emma within 7 days of delivery on 0413 650 946. We will provide you with a Return Label to attach to the returned goods, and be more than happy to arrange for a replacement gift.

  •  Postage and handling fees incurred by you will be refunded and a replacement gift re-delivered as soon as possible to your recipient. However, our return policy does not apply to product(s) returned that are deemed to have been damaged in a manner other than through transit.

  • If you are a recipient of a nappy cake and would like to return the unopened gift please contact the sender to contact Nappy Cakes by Emma immediately (within 7 days of purchase) with a valid reason. If you are a buyer and would like to return the unopened gift please contact Nappy Cakes by Emma immediately (within 7 days of purchase) with a valid reason. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.  Goods will need to be returned at the recipient or buyers expense. Unopened goods will be refunded minus the delivery fee and a 10% administrative and service fee. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of You will not be reimbursed for return postage fees.

  • Custom made nappy cakes cannot be returned or refunded if items have been paid for to go into the nappy cake.

  • Nappy Cakes by Emma handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

  • A refund will not be give for a simple ‘change of mind’. You can choose between a refund (minus 10% for administrative and service charges and minus the delivery fee) or exchange where goods are wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or damaged.
