ABOUT OUR COMPANY

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Thornlands on Brisbane Southside in Queensland. All of our nappy cakes are assembled in our home studio.

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

WHEN WILL MY NAPPY CAKE ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All Nappy Cake orders are made to order. All orders placed before 12.00pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched next business day. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped Tuesday.
Delivery times vary depending on location and delivery postcode.

DO YOU DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND?

No, we do not offer delivery on weekends or public holidays. The couriers deliver Monday to Friday only. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME AT TIME OF DELIVERY?

If you have given Authority to Leave at checkout, the parcel will be left in a safe place if they are not home.
If you have selected Signature on delivery and a signature cannot be obtained either a redelivery card will be left in their letterbox or it will be taken to a local newsagency for collection by the recipient.

DO YOU DELIVER NAPPY CAKES AUSTRALIA WIDE?

We are currently shipping orders to residential and business addresses around Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia. We are currently not sending to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania. We use a combination of Couriers Please for metro deliveries and Australia Post for outer/rural/regional deliveries.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards and PayPal through the online store. Payment can also be made via credit card over the phone. 

CAN I INCLUDE A CARD MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

Of course! We include a card with every product we ship. If you would like us to add a short note to the recipient on the card, simply include it in the box at checkout. Don’t forget to add a signature so the recipient knows whom to thank for their delivery! A blank card will be included if no message is left at checkout.

IS AN INVOICE/RECEIPT SENT WITH THE GIFT?

No, we never send any form of receipt or tax invoice with the gift. 

THE GIFT ORDERED WAS A CORPORATE GIFT, CAN I GET AN INVOICE?

Yes, of course. Invoices can be downloaded on the order confirmation page and will also be attached to your order confirmation email. 

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

ARE YOUR NAPPY CAKES PRE-MADE?

No, we make each and every nappy cake to order to make sure they look their absolute best! 

HOW ARE YOUR NAPPY CAKES PRESENTED?

Each Nappy Cake is placed on a cakeboard, wrapped in cellophane and tied with curling ribbon and a matching satin bow. An 'Includes' tag is attached the top of the nappy cake so the recipient knows what is included in their gift.

HOW ARE YOUR NAPPY CAKES PACKAGED FOR DELIVERY?

Each Nappy Cake is secured extremely well to ensure no movement of items during transit. Each Nappy Cake is placed in a high quality box which is then filled around the nappy cake with paper to prevent movement.

WHAT SIZE AND BRAND NAPPIES DO YOU USE IN YOUR NAPPY CAKES?

We use Huggies Newborn Nappies in all of our nappy cakes. If you would like to use Infant Nappies instead of newborn please select in the product options before adding the product to cart. If you would like to use a different brand of nappies in your nappy cake please let us know.

ARE ALL THE ITEMS INCLUDED USABLE UPON DISASSEMBLY? 

Yes of course! Every item is 100% usable after disassembly. No glue, sewing or pins are used for assembly.
